Scio - The Astronomy Game

Scio is a game to teach you how important astronomy is to human evolution, from an engaging story and puzzles. The way time is counted, the 365-day calendar and even the seasons of the year were defined by Astronomy.

In the first part of the game, Scio shows that the ancient peoples were very attentive to the stars. Stars formed patterns that allowed them to recognize and anticipate events that occur from time to time, such as Eclipses, Full Moons, and seasonal changes. They cataloged celestial groups in what we know today as constellations. With this knowledge the first calendar with seasons was created with essential information for the development of Agriculture.

Many other areas of human knowledge have been and are supplied with information acquired from astronomy, such as: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Navigation, Agriculture and even Philosophy. Follow Scio on other adventures coming soon.
